The Sustainable Tourism Observatory brings together the committee of experts promoting governance between public and private entities to continue working on a sustainable model by Mallorca with the participation of the World Tourism Organization.
The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Transition, Tourism and Sports, Andreu Serra, the director of Transition and Tourism Management, Joan Gaspar and the director of the Sustainable Development Program of the World Tourism Organization, Dirk Glaesser.
The following members of the Committee of Experts participated in the meeting: the executive vice president of the Hotel Business Federation of Mallorca (FEHM), Maria José Aguiló, the director of the Fundació Impulsa Balears, Antoni Riera, the general director of Turisme i Litoral del Ajuntament de Calvià, Javier Pascuet, the manager of the Fundació Palma 365, Pedro Homar, the director of AETIB, Francesc Mateu, the head of the AENA office, Roberto Llamas, the representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca, José Antonio Caldés, the representative of TIRME, Isabel Socias and the consultant, Sebastián Lora.
