Mallorca PID / Launch event: Building Mallorca's intelligent future

The Consell de Mallorca, through the Fundació Turisme Responsable de Mallorca, is organising “Building Mallorca's intelligent future”, the launch and demonstration event for the Mallorca PID platform, which will mark a turning point in the island's tourism management. The event will take place on June 29, 2026 at Hipotels Convention Centre Palma.

Mallorca is moving towards a more sustainable, balanced and connected tourism model, supported by infrastructure capable of integrating multiple sources of information, anticipating dynamics and informing strategic decisions. In this context, Mallorca PID is born as a technological tool designed to strengthen planning, improve public-private coordination and increase the competitiveness of the island's tourism ecosystem.

The event will present the vision and scope of Mallorca PID and include a live demonstration of the platform and its real application in tourism destination management. After the institutional welcome and initial presentations, participatory work sessions will be held to share needs, gather contributions from stakeholders and encourage adhesion to the Mallorca PID ecosystem. The event will also include a networking space and a tasting of local products to facilitate exchange between participants.
