What is Mallorca PID?
Mallorca PID is part of the rollout of the Smart Destination Platform (PID) promoted by SEGITTUR, an entity under the State Secretariat for Tourism (SETUR). It is a project through which Spain aims to position itself at the forefront of tourism countries by using digitalization to improve the tourist experience and offer integrated value services at the destination through digitalization and data sharing. In this sense, Mallorca PID represents a strategic step forward by integrating this platform into the island's technological infrastructure, adapting it to the destination's particularities through the following vision and mission:
