Roberto Llamas is an Industrial Organisation Engineer from the UPC, PDD at IESE and Executive Coach.

He currently holds the position of Head of Management Cabinet (at Palma Airport at Mallorca) and is a mentor at Aena. Previously, he held several management positions in Aena, such as director of Ibiza Airport from 2013 to 2018, or head of Airport Services division, and head of HR, in different airports of the AENA network, including Palma de Palma de Mallorca.

Previously, he has 10 years of industrial experience in the private sector, holding project manager and management positions. Currently, one of his main missions is to support Aena's ambitious sustainability strategy.
