Thanks to the invitation of Dr. Iván Murray of the UIB's Faculty of Tourism of the UIBwe have been chatting with the students of the sustainable tourism course of the Tourism Degree of the University of the Balearic Islands.
During the session, we explained the history and how the Observatory was born, the methodology, the knowledge management, the data governance, the news regarding the open data portal and the dashboards. We browsed the website to see the different sections and the different frameworks we work with.
It has been a great experience to be able to share a bit of the Observatory with people who, in the not too distant future, will be in charge of implementing sustainable actions for our island.
